We’re looking for a hyper-organized go-getter to help us manage our mad entrepreneurial jet-set lives.
Work side by side with two experienced entrepreneurs and investors, providing both professional and personal support, enabling them to focus on business development and high-level management issues. Compensation is negotiable and is in the range of $12 – $20 an hour. This position is part-time, entirely remote and available to anyone in the United States.
You will be working for Quentin Road Ventures (quentinventures.com) which manages the finances, investments and companies of a single family office, including Monarq (monarqincubator.com) which builds diverse networks, accelerates revolutionary ideas and funds women-led startups and WarmIntro, (warmintro.ai) an online platform for invite-only communities to organize, manage, and engage their members.
We invest in a variety of assets including real estate, lending and seed stage startups, with a strong concentration on purpose driven, diverse and female-founded companies. We also advise and mentor early stage startups, manage company turnarounds and develop new business ideas and incubate new companies.
Current investment areas of interest include AI Based Entrepreneur/Investor Matching, Transforming Early Childhood STEM Education, AI Based Alzheimer’s Care, Real Estate, Cannabis Extraction Equipment, Sex Toy eCommerce, Sunscreen Booths, Bamboo Linens, Hijab Modesty Fashion, Music Licensing Software, Organic Skincare and Beauty Products, Plastics Extrusion. (Yes, we try to keep it interesting.)

The Personal Assistant’s primary role will be to provide dedicated administrative support and help manage and guide complex day-to-day activities to ensure all areas of the entrepreneur’s life run seamlessly. The position is 100% remote and is available to anyone in the United States.
Key areas include:
– Email management
– Manage calendar and contacts
– Arranging travel and entertainment (research, planning, coordination, scheduling, making reservations)
– Project management (tracking action items and pushing deliverables to completion)
– Processing documents and paperwork (filing, mail, applications, forms, bills, invoices, notes, etc.)
– Errands & administrative tasks
