Overview
Approximately 2-4 hours per day working with customers via email. Arranging text and logos on a product that is laser engraved in our shop. Emails will come in from customers at all times of the day. So you need to be able to log on and off the computer as you reply to the customers.
Additional responsibilities may include website maintenance, marketing/social media, and multiplatform sales help depending on experience.

Qualifications
Experience working with vector graphics, in Corel Draw is a plus, but mostly require an eye for good layout, organized and customer oriented. Proofreading is a must, and email skills are required. Self motivator and efficient time management skills necessary. A decent computer is required.
