Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated transaction coordinator to acquire land contracts. You’d be responsible for knowledge of the entire sales process, able to price a property, negotiate, and work within our excellent follow up calling and texting system to retouch seller leads.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a TC in land investing.
