Overview

We are a small content and communications business looking for a bookkeeper to keep our online Quickbooks accts up to date. Job includes:

·      Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions

·      Categorizing transactions

·      Preparing and filing financial documents

·      Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable

·      Reconciling company accounts

·      Tracking payroll data

·      Assisting with tax payments and returns

This is very part-time. We are very small. There will be some start up hours to get the books organized and back on track. Then Just a few hours per month. Perfect for a stay at home mom. Hours are completely flexible. Work whenever you want, though we should be able to chat once a month or so. (Though email should be fine 99% of the time.)
