Position: Mental Health Virtual Assistant

Main Responsibilities

  • Return calls and match potential clients with therapy services
  • Respond to online inquiries for therapy services
  • Track inquiries o a spreadsheet
  • Use online software to add and manage new and existing clients (we currently support and will train you to use two EHRs – SimplePractice & TherapyNotes)
  • Answer basic questions about insurance (we will train you on this too)
  • Help the practice with various admin tasks

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative support role preferred
  • Experience in the mental health industry preferred
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Quiet, professional space to work
  • Dedicated office setup, including:
    Mac or PC computer
    Most recent version of Microsoft Office and/or Mac OS
    Good audio-quality headphones (wired or remote, or both)
    High-speed, stable internet access

Other Details:

  • 100% remote position
  • Starting rate $18p/h
  • 90-day performance review
