Overview

Postpartum Health & Harmony is seeking a friendly, team-oriented administrative assistant for a group psychotherapy practice. The position is part-time, approximately 10 hours per week. Some work will need to be done in office and much of the work can be completed from home.

Job Responsibilities include:

Answer and return phone calls
Schedule new clients with appropriate clinician
Enter payments into practice software
Create spreadsheets
Contact insurance companies to obtain benefits and follow up on unpaid claims
Assist with social media content and create email newsletters

Qualifications:

Prior medical office experience or enrollment in Master’s level counseling program
Positive attitude, with a warm, friendly demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Proficient in using Facebook and Canva
Knowledgable of MailChimp
Excellent organizational skills
