Accounting/Business/Quality Assurance Administrator

Ultimately, the accounting/business/quality assurance administrator will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices and ushering in a new era of growth.

Objectives of this Role

Provide Accounting functions for company.
Assist with developing company budget.
Peer to Peer Reviews
Assist President strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
Design daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives
Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners.
Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for company in conjunction with President.
Responsibilities

Work with President to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales.
Provide monthly financials and calculate financial metrics.
Billing/Payroll/Financial

·         Maintain employee records and add new hires in payroll system.

·         Tabulate employee hours and submit to payroll company – bi-monthly

·         Maintain QB Time.

·         Sync QB Time to QuickBooks as needed.

·         Maintain customer information in QuickBooks.

·         Generate customer invoices and email – bi-monthly.

·         Generate customer statements – as needed.

·         Assist President with collection of past due accounts.

·         Enter customer payments, process credit card and ACH payments.

·         Maintain company QBO records.

·         Prepare monthly reconciliations.

 

Quality Assurance Review

·         Ability to review and analyze financials while following provided review guidelines.

·         Assist with development of best practices for team as related to client accounting work.

·         Confirm accuracy of billable hours for team members’ projects.

·         Able to provide constructive feedback and coaching to fellow team members.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of the team.

·         Good Communicator

Required Skills and Qualifications

Five (5) years of accounting experience
Must have 3-5 years’ experience with QB Time, QBO & QB Desktop experience and G Suites.
Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes
Three (3) or more years of experience in a business management or similar role
Experience in developing business strategy.
Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching, development, and communication
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends
Ability to project, manage and meet deadlines.
Able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Verifiable references
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related field
Strong technical skills.
Experience in data analysis
Detail Oriented
Internal customer service to Team
