About

The Only Holistic Go-to-Customer Platform
Polaris I/O is a go-to-customer platform that combines transformation services, industry insights, and powerful technology to enable B2B companies to protect, retain, and grow large accounts.

Company Background
In business to business (B2B), it is common for “20% of accounts to drive 80% of revenue and profit.”  Often, less than 30 accounts make up the “20%.” These accounts are typically massive global organizations that are extremely complex making it difficult for the supplier commercial teams assigned to retain and grow these accounts, to effectively do their jobs well.  We call these top accounts, “key accounts.”

Polaris I/O is a holistic, key account platform that combines information, applications, and learning capabilities to enable B2B companies to manage, retain, and grow large accounts. We take an outside-in approach to improve our clients’ commercial health, utilizing executive buyer insights to inform the orchestration of commercial activities that improve relationships, maximize growth, and provide an ongoing commercial experience that rewards our clients with above-average growth.
