Overview

We are currently launching our new program on our new membership site to leverage our business and address coaching needs for our international clients.

We are looking at a virtual part-time team member to automate our emailing and communication to contribute positively to the customer experience. The expert we are looking for will contribute to facilitate our marketing using mail automation, audience segmentation and tagging.

Key responsibilities:

* create automations and make our membership site and CRM work together efficiently

* building selling and follow up sequence and automation
* manage and make recommendations to create authentic relationships with our global individual clients through appropriate automated messaging

* map out the membership site’s customer experience steps and milestones
* set up and create the appropriate links and membership updates for optimized delivery and programs offering

* set up segmentation and tagging of contacts in various lists

* set up registration process, bonuses, payment terms and multi-currency, bonuses

Experience desired:

* Knowledge of membership site and online programs updates and maintenance (WordPress)
* CRM & Sales Processes, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation
* Active campaign strong knowledge
* AccessAlly or ability to quickly learn
