We are a fast-growing NYC-based women’s apparel company and are looking to hire a Customer Service Associate. We have a fun, team-based atmosphere and prioritize customer service as our #1 priority.

The Customer Service Associate:
• Work on the US (New York City) time schedule
• Great English and communication
• Good computer skills (Shopify, Gorgias, tracking packages)
• Great follow-through skills
• Can empathize with customers
• Solve problems (mostly shipping related)

The Customer Service Associate would report directly to our Manager of Operations and handle email, chat and phone support. Training would be during the first week and focus on our key systems (Shopify, Gorgias, tracking software, and our warehouse management system).
