We are looking for a detail-orientated, data-driven, and tech-savvy mom to join our family.
We help parents and caregivers avoid plastic feeding products by making sustainable, safe, and sturdy products to avoid harming our children and our world.
We are currently only selling on Amazon.com but we are expanding to more channels by the end of the summer. Your tasks will include:
– Keyword Research on Amazon
– Listing optimization on Amazon
– Reading excel sheets and making sense of data (click-through-rates, conversion rates, # of sales, acquisition costs)
– Amazon Pay-Per-Click Advertising
– Changing descriptions, bullet points, and pictures on Amazon listing
Ideally, you’ve messed around with Amazon before and are familiar with the analytics involved in selling products online.
It’s ok if you don’t consider yourself an expert, we are looking for someone who can grow with us and who is coachable. We’re looking to build a remote team consisting of mostly moms in the Penguinni family to help create the movement of non-plastic feeding products for all parents and caregivers!

The world your toddler grows up into tomorrow is as important as the one they live in today. That is why we’ve designed each of our products with eco-conscious principles. Our products are plastic-free and BPA-free for your toddler’s health. Our silicone and stainless-steel design as well as the recycled paper packaging ensures a small environmental footprint for each of our products. Plastic degrades and can release harmful toxins when heated or cooled. Our food- grade silicone contains no harmful chemicals and will stand the test of time. In addition, our cups are designed to grow with your toddler, so that when they outgrow the sippy cup, our stainless-steel cups remain perfect for your preschooler, even without the lid.
Qualifications
- A mom - Own a laptop, so you can work from anywhere. - Have a secure and fast internet connection - Be able to chat on Slack and video chat - tech savvy - Loves her kids 😉 - Have some experience with ecommerce, preferably Amazon Seller Central - Excel spreadsheets - Create reports and updates
