THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a remote Sales Manager who is passionate about and exceeds at lead generation, networking, and client acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation

– Prospecting, tracking, and nurturing leads to close in CRM of the company’s choosing

– Develop growth strategies and business proposals to increase client base

– Collaborate and communicate with the Peachtree VA leadership team to continuously identify new lead generation opportunities, review prospects, and plan to secure sales

– Identifying industry trends and finding new markets to develop sales

– Confident working national territories

– Drafting and reviewing contracts

Networking

– Effectively network through Social Media platforms

– Identify opportunities, attend events, conferences, 1:1 meetings, etc.

Client Acquisition

– Secure and hold discovery calls and/or initial sales call with target prospects

– Utilize relationship and consultative sales techniques to build rapport and close sales

– Follow SOP outlined by the company post-discovery call to close

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3-5 years of sales experience

– 3-5 years of business development experience

– Proficient in Salesforce

– Proven track record of strategic networking and the ability to articulate personal networking philosophy

– Strong verbal and written communication skills, IT fluency

– Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3-5 years of sales experience in a service-based organization

– Established network within the small to mid-size service industry business community

– Consultative sales experience

– Bachelor’s degree

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

– Full-time W2 position

– Competitive base pay with uncapped commission

– Remote

– Reports directly to CEO
