ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I am the author of Healing PCOS and certified health coach, who specializes in working with women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), who are frustrated and have lost all hope when the only solution their doctors offer is to lose weight, take a pill, and live with their symptoms. In response, I founded PCOS Diva in 2009, and developed a proven protocol of supplements, diet, and lifestyle programs that offer women tools to help gain control of their PCOS and regain their fertility, femininity, health, and happiness.
I’m currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to collaborate with and work on on all aspects of content for all digital marketing channels, including weekly newsletters, bi-weekly podcast, graphics for timely promotions, articles, ad campaigns, lead gen and opt-in design, website graphics, email campaigns, and social media marketing content.
Content Marketing
Assist with developing annual and quarterly content marketing plans for our educational platform, as well as our supplements and programs.
Assist in writing and edit blog posts for PCOS Diva website and newsletter.
Manage content calendar to use across platforms for each month, aligning with PCOS Diva offerings.
Podcast
Screen potential guests for PCOS Diva podcast
Manage marketing efforts around podcast, including social and emails
Create show notes and blog post for the podcast
Email Marketing
Send weekly newsletters to PCOS Diva audience
Help develop nurturing campaigns for new subscribers
Help develop lead generation campaigns for PCOS Diva
Social Media
Manage and maintain social visual identity across social media platforms; leverage the latest developments and trends in social media to continuously develop and improve brand.
Manage content and social media calendar to use across platforms for each month, aligning with PCOS Diva offerings.

Founded in 2009, by health coach and author, Amy Medling, CHC, PCOS Diva (www.pcosdiva.com) is a 300K strong online health platform with a mission to help women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) reclaim their fertility, femininity, health and happiness.
PCOS is the leading cause of infertility and affects up to 20% of all women. The PCOS Diva community is one of passionate and intelligent women with PCOS who have been disappointed and often misled by allopathic (“conventional”) medicine and are now seeking to take their health back by adapting natural means. PCOS Diva helps these women thrive, through a proven protocol of supplements, diet, and lifestyle programs and support.
Qualifications
Strong interest & experience in visual content design, social media, eCommerce, wellness, general understanding of emerging trends, tactics, audiences, and metrics. Social media content marketing and management Strategic thinker and engagement specialist who knows how to connect with an audience Ability to assist, as needed with content creation, and a finely tuned ability to understand voice, cadence, write ad copy, sales page copy, etc WordPress, MS Office, Google, Keap/Infusionsoft, Canva QUALIFICATIONS 1 year experience managing and producing a podcast 2 years experience in social media and content marketing Degree in journalism, communications, graphic/visual design, advertising, or equivalent experience desired LOOKING FOR A TEAM PLAYER WHO - is interested in women’s health - is highly task-oriented - is insightful, kind, and empathetic - proactively provides accountability - is a highly effective communicator - has a robust work ethic and sense of self-motivation - is resourceful, organized
