$55,000 full-time salaried position. Includes paid time off. Does not include health benefits.

Are an administrative TITAN who multi-tasks with ease, tracks details while understanding big picture goals, and works well in an outcome-driven environment.
Excel at supporting your executive, anticipating needs, and staying ahead of schedules and deadlines.
Know how to block and tackle to protect your executive’s time and take initiative in clearing their plate of tasks that you can do for them.
Proficient communicator (both written and verbal skills) who keeps executive informed about progress every step of the way.
Able to create and refine systems and processes that help better achieve goals and outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality, respect privacy, and operate with integrity.

Are proficient in MAC OS; Word/Keynote/Excel/PowerPoint and have interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and applications.
Hold a business degree or equivalent and have five + years’ experience in administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities
·      Provide high-level administrative support to the leader of the organization; plan and deliver on office management, key initiatives, and special projects to ensure achievement of outcomes.

·      Act as the first point of contact, representing the leader and organization to other professionals, clients, and media. Communicate information clearly to facilitate an exceptional experience for all contacts.

·      Equip leadership for effective decision-making through tracking and analyzing key performance data to accurately measure growth and support operational decision-making.
