Overview

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our business.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, doing online research and other administrative duties including occasional phone calls. We are looking for a team player to handle administrative tasks with excellence and to work with minimum supervision once trained and properly on-boarded.

For the right candidate, additional duties may be added as we grow.

Duties include:

  • Responding to website inquiries and customer emails,
  • Assisting customers,
  • Performing online research,
  • Answering and responding to phone calls, voice mail and texts through Grasshopper,
  • Adding customers to email list,
  • And various other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Requires about 1-2 hours per day / about 7-10 hours per week
  • Need to be available to respond to emails at various points during business hours
  • Computer with high speed internet

The successful candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills,
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Availability during business hours (some tasks can be done after hours),
  • Strong work ethic, honest, trustworthy and dependable,
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, Facebook groups, MailChimp.
