Overview

We’re looking for an Online Business Manager to help take our business to the next level. Our ideal candidate is experienced, analytical, energetic and motivated. If you excel in overseeing the day-to-day business, implementing strategic direction and prioritizing tasks / projects and goals for the business, you may be the person we are looking for. This is a part-time position (approximately 10-15 hours per week) and has the potential to grow into more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management – keep day-to-day business on track. Analyze, streamline and simplify systems and processes.

Email Marketing – Using MailChimp, oversee weekly emails with current content and promotions to send out for communication and marketing purposes.

Project Management – Utilize project management apps such as Trello and Slack. Assign team members to projects as agreements are executed. Check in to make sure projects stay on track.

Affiliate Marketing & Management – Create communications and marketing to aid in Affiliates successfully promoting products and services.

Blog Content Management – Plan and brainstorm content calendar with writer, implement schedule and coordinate with team to get images created and blogs added to WP.

Surveys & Reviews – Respond to survey responders and those submitting or giving feedback to request giving online review and/or being featured on the blog.

Guest Outreach for YouTube Interviews – Help attract guests to be interviewed for our YouTube channel as well as look for opportunities for our founder to be a guest on podcast and YouTube channels.

Collaboration Opportunities – Look for opportunities to collaborate with other businesses for mutual success this could be through promotions, blog articles or other opportunities.

People Management – Oversee VA and future team members, answer questions and provide guidance; Monitor the team for growth or reassignment of tasks; Spearhead any openings by completing a job posting and coordinating interviews; Onboard new team members.

Team Management – If needed, plan monthly or quarterly remote team meetings, create opportunities for the team bonding, recommend training or conferences the team as a whole or individual team members should attend.

Compensation will depend on experience and value.
