We are looking for a dynamic Client Retention Specialist to help us retain our core client base.   One of a Kind Sales is a lead generation firm located in Chester, NJ. We are a dynamic, growing, and reliable and unique company.  If you have excellent communication and client service skills, then we want to speak to you!

In this virtual role, you will deal directly with our clients by generating outreach, creating a client retention plan, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. Ideal candidates will perform well in an independent environment and will be held accountable for personal performance. And you get to work from your home office!

Key Responsibilities include:

 

·       Interacting with clients via telephone, email, or text to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.

·       Proactive outreach regularly to ensure the engagement is progressing well

·       Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.

·       Developing aggressive retention strategies based on client feedback.

·       Maintaining client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

·       Use the knowledge of our service or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or forward to the appropriate staff.

·       Ability to acquire minimal industry knowledge to support the client.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills/Abilities: • Ability to proactively communicate interest and warmth, as well as genuine interest with clients • Excellent communication skills, including active listening. • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, service, or area of customer service specialization Key Requirements: • Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role • Must be fluent in English • Excellent customer service skills • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to participate in training learn new sales techniques
