We are searching for a candidate with versatile skillsets to fill a unique position.  This position is a blend of administration, accounting, and marketing.  This role would require 5-10 hours per month – with opportunities to increase hours over time (if desired).

Our ideal candidate has experience using QuickBooks Desktop to manage invoicing, receiving payments, monthly account balancing, and some minor tax document prep (1099’s, 1096’s,QB reports for tax preparers, etc.).  We operate three difference LLC’s with around 30 customers with monthly billing.

Ideal candidates will also have experience in social media marketing.  We want to grow our social media presence, as our company continues to grow.  We have established a baseline presence in social media, but are looking for help in developing a consistent strategy to grow followers.

Lastly, candidates with experience in Customer Service or Sales roles are a plus.  While direct customer interaction may be limited, our organization operates with a customer first mindset.  Being present with our customers, following through with our commitments, and being enthusiastic while doing it  – has made us very successful!  We are looking for a candidate that truly embraces these same principles and has the ability to demonstrate it in this role.

This is a remote role, but would require in person meeting initially to review processes, expectations, etc.
