We are a real estate investing company and our academy is the education branch of that business.
Our academy has hundreds of students and we’re looking for someone who will take over as the Customer Success agent to help us stay engaged with our community.
The Customer Success Agent is responsible for communicating with our customers, helping answer questions, and providing resources to help them with any of our real estate education classes.
This position can be done from a home office as long as you have a laptop/desktop computer, a reliable internet connection, and a phone line (Mobile is ok)
Working hours are from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. This position does not typically require weekend hours, however, there may be a few Saturdays when a couple of hours would be requested.
A typical workday will consist of logging into the online CRM and email, then following-up with customers who either reached out for help or who our system identified as someone who may need help.
We will walk you through how to use the various systems we use, all you need is a basic understanding of the following:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Email
- Customer Relations
- Internet navigation skills
- Computer navigation skills
- Social media skills (Our members are active in our Facebook groups, it is necessary to join our groups to communicate with some of our students).
Both customers and potential customers call, email, and text with questions about our training often needing help getting pointed towards the right spot or getting signed up.
Our system also identifies students who have signed up in the past who may have fallen behind or gotten stuck. These students need our customer success agent to contact them and find out what help they need.
You will be provided with a work email and phone number that can be forwarded to the phone number of your choosing. You will be required to make outbound calls, the phone app can be downloaded on your phone or you can dial straight from the computer (if you have an ethernet connection).

About
We are a real estate investment company with a division in real estate education. Our main investing roots are in Indianapolis with team members in Florida and Missouri. Our business is 80% wholesale with 10% flips and 10% Airbnbs. For our education we serve hundreds of students across the county, teaching them how to flip houses and helping them build their real estate investing businesses.
