Overview

Our organization is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings/appointments, handling travel arrangements, and interacting with other referring healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Executive Administrative Assistant will be expected to assist with various projects, manage databases, and provide general administrative support as needed. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. This individual should also possess exceptional social/people skills, a customer-service oriented approach, and excellent conversational skills. A high emotional IQ and startup experience is a plus. Furthermore, must be adept with basic computer software technology and highly teachable/coachable.

Provide administrative support to executive-level staff.
Manage and maintain executive calendars and schedules.
Organize and coordinate meetings, travel, and other events.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Manage expense reports and invoices.
Assist with research projects and data analysis.
Provide customer service to internal and external clients.
Personal assistant to the 2 owners
Ability to do basic writing/blogging
Be a “jack of all trades”
