Overview
On a day to day basis, the Customer Care Support + Wholesale Assistant will manage both the customer care and wholesale inboxes to ensure that our customers and our retail partners are being taken care of. Responsibilities include overseeing wholesale and retail orders from start to finish, resolving customer care issues and liaising with the warehouse. From a more holistic perspective, responsibilities include passing along customer feedback, identifying repeat issues and offering solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO: Is detail oriented and meticulous. Is self-motivated and driven. Volunteers for new challenges without being asked. Takes initiatives, is proactive and anticipates needs. Enjoys solving problems. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll take the initiative to dig until you find it. Takes ownership and pride in their work. Communicates clearly and has excellent email and phone manners. THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: A strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel. A strong work ethic and a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done personality A positive, friendly attitude. A home office environment conducive to working well from home in a US-compatible time zone (EST) YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE: Experience with EDI platforms like TrueCommerce. Experience working with warehouses, third party logistics providers and fulfillment centers.
