Its pretty simple. We have a system that allows you to reach out to homeowners directly to see if they would ever consider selling…

We show you exactly what you need to say to have meaningful conversations with homeowners in our market…

And we’ll pay you $20/ hour for that…

That’s it!

What we are looking for:

Reliable – Need to be able to consistently show up to work

Tech savvy – Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it’s basically point and click)…

Typing skills – Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects…

Positive Attitude – People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.

*Previous cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a huge PLUS!
