I’m a busy business owner of multiple online companies and looking for the right person to be my right hand and left brain. The ideal candidate is someone that’s organized, well-spoken, with great writing skills and likes to take meeting notes, check off tasks and take things off my plate. I’m a people person and need to use my time to continue building relationships and connections while you help me conquer my daily work.
You might be my person if you have a background in supporting busy executives, seeing tasks to completion, project management and tech-savvy.
Responsibilities include
- turning voice /video memos into emails, social media posts and more
- Handle writing, editing of emails and documents
- Working with other freelancers
- Review videos and take notes
- Manage emails, calendars and bookings
- Create sops and use task management software
- Able to manage personal tasks
- Coordinating projects
- Good with web software and applications (fast learner)
- Able to do data analysis with spreadsheets (simple formulas)
- Sales outreach via phone, email to connect or set appointments for me
- Detail oriented and able to keep things moving forward
