Overview

Land Sales Representative and  Land Acquisition Coordinator. This would be a cross trained position to back each other up.

For the Sales position, we are looking for an experienced sales closer.

You will be responsible for following up on warm, inbound leads for the vacant land real estate that we sell. You will be responsible to answer clients questions based on the information at hand and close sales. Our leads are steady and you should be able to close a couple of deals per week. There will also be opportunity to take on additional properties to sell from other investors.
Compensation is based on a partial flat fee and partial % bonus per sale. Position is remote with a fairly flexible schedule.

You will have your own VA in the Philippines to manage to help you with the more task oriented busy work. This VA will act in a pre-sales role to qualify incoming leads and make sure that our system is fully capturing the lead data and pre-qualify and rank for you.

There is potential for this position to eventually manage other remote sales people and make a portion from each sales agent. This is a medium term goal.
this job is 100% remote, however I am based north of Denver. It would be a bonus if you lived in the Front Range so we can get together on occasion, but not required.

The Land Acquisitions position, you will be in charge of managing the inbound leads from sellers of land whom we have made unsolicited offers to. You will have your own VA in the Philippines to manage to help you with the more task oriented busy work.

You will be responsible for making sure the inbound leads are captured and very quickly replied to. You will negotiated a final price and process purchase agreements of land all the way thru our intake process from comparable values to getting under contract, coordinating closing with title companies and direct. You will coordinate the funding for closing and transition the closed properties to marketing. You will record all docs and records in our system and update the bookkeeper.

This job is 100% remote, however I am based north of Denver. It would be a bonus if you lived in the Front Range so we can get together on occasion, but not required.

We are a wholesaler of rural, raw, undeveloped land, supplying a niche with huge demand, especially now due to covid as people flee the cities.

Qualifications

Sales experience and a track record for closing and meeting quota. Excellent organizational skills for both positions.Familiar with CRMs and able to learn ours. We use Podio and HubSpot in addition to Google G Suite for document management. Real estate experience of any kind will be helpful but not necessary.
