Personal, executive assistant and Microsoft Outlook manager – 5-8 hours per week.
• Microsoft outlook management. Includes reviewing and prioritizing emails and establishing a task based system for follow-up and appointment scheduling – both personal and professional.
• Microsoft Dynamics management. Includes data entry supported by quick web search to verify content is accurate followed by account creating and assignment.
• Other admin support could include ordering groceries or assisting in event planning or management of additional gmail inboxes.
• Experience in Salesforce also a plus!
