Overview
We are looking for a part-time, detail-oriented, passionate public relations professional to enroll US participants in our Study in Spain and Teach in Spain Programs. As an Education Public Relations, you will meet with schools & universities staff to offer our programs to their students. The ideal candidate will have a degree in sales, marketing, and/or experience in the education sector. Your working period will be from September to May, and you will have more than three months of paid vacation per year.
You will need to be proficient in the complete Office suite to help you develop your daily work, as well as to prepare materials for in-person, phone, or online meetings. Having a strong knowledge of our products and keen organizational skills, along with being deadline-driven, is a must.

- Home-based workers required: work from your own place.
- Location: Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, Nevada, Washington, South Dakota or Wyoming preferred.
- Job type: part-time (20 hours per week), 9 months per year.
- Conditions: $28.000 yearly gross + bonus (depending on performance goals) + 3-months paid vacation per year (June – July – August) + school holidays.
- Monthly cell phone plan, laptop, and internet connection.
- We offer full training and support.
Travel Requirements: This is an online position, so travel might be required as an exception only.
Main Functions:
- Consistently use of a sales approach and playbook – this means, we want you to follow a process.
- Generate leads through online investigation (Websites, LinkedIn, Google).
- Successfully secure inbound leads with pre-call planning, and by providing stellar presentations of our programs and a professional and steady follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Log, track, and maintain contact records.
- Accurately complete required enrollment paperwork.
- Establish relationships with US schools and universities in the designated area.
- Develop and build close long-term relationships with qualified contacts.
- Interact with prospects through meetings, direct phone calls, online calls, emails, and social media.
- Integrate cross-functional work with marketing, sales, and account management teams to implement business development initiatives, we work as a team!
Required Qualifications:
- University degree.
- 2+ years of sales experience selling B2B solutions or services, or in the educational sector desired.
- Familiarity with the education industry preferred
- Fluency in English (all skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking) in order to communicate with school’s staff.
- Spanish language skills will be a plus, in order to communicate with the Spanish team (not required).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently over long periods of time, within the scope of established rules and regulations.
