Mauka Land, sells vacant land across northern Arizona and we want your help in marketing the dream of land ownership and the imagination we all have for the possibilities in a blank slate of vacant land.
This position is remote! This marketing position is a salary plus bonus position! Full Time is ideal!
Responsibilities include:
Taking charge of social media plan and implementing ideas.
Advertising properties through various marketing platforms
Tracking and reporting campaign performance
Creating marketing automations
Managing Email and SMS campaigns
Actively reviewing and updating listings
Measuring and optimizing the performance of all outbound communication strategies
The successful candidate must have:
At least 2 years of marketing experience
Background in graphic design
Experience with landing page builders such as LeadPages
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude, High attention to detail, Expert time management skills
Ability to work on AZ, Pacific or HST Time Zone
Access to fast, high-speed internet
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Reliable and trustworthy
Able to work independently and as part of a team, future ability to delegate
Flexible and adaptable
Experience with measuring and optimizing marketing performance
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing platforms ie Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Boosted ads, company websites, Land.com, Google, landflip.com. MLS, Craigslist etc.
Tracking and reporting campaign performance
Create marketing automations
Setting up follow up sequences and drip campaigns
Sending email flyers with available properties to buyers list
Keeping record of KPI’s and optimizing each channel
Managing direct mail campaigns
Managing SMS, ringless voicemails, email, and call campaigns
Actively review and update listings, ads, and web content
Provide feedback for actionable improvements
Maintain dates of listings and A/B testing ads ie changing photo arrangement, reviewing copy, updating pricing for optimal success.
