We are looking for a sharp North American-based Marketing Assistant to join our growing consulting company. Your primary role is to work with the executive team and clients to provide organizational marketing and administrative support that enables them to maximize their energy and grow the company.

You’re a leader and can work as a team player. You have strong organization and communication skills to ensure the business runs smoothly. You’ll help coordinate the client campaigns and the team, and you’ll run ahead of the CEO so that when he assigns a task, you can say, “oh, I’ve already handled that.”

This is a long-term virtual position working with our distributed team. The time investment will be 20-30 hours per week and it’s perfect for a parent who wants a flexible career. You can work from your own home, but you must have an up-to-date computer, reliable internet, and a distraction-free workspace. You must be reliable and available during normal business hours in Eastern Standard time.

Pick up new software fast and have experience with a project management tool like Asana, Activecollab, or Basecamp.
Are familiar with Google Suite for Business, Dropbox, scheduling software, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Proficient with social media updates, maintenance – specifically LinkedIn
Have experience maintaining, updating websites (WordPress) and web hosting
Have experience as a Marketing Sales Assistant working with one or more busy executives, or another very supportive role.
Love working with people. You’re quick to respond to clients and customers, but also take pride in your attention to detail – never missing a beat.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Are so proactive that you’re like… “What else can I take off your plate?”
