Are you a naturally empathetic person with or without sales experience who wants to work part time with our fast growing company?
We are looking for someone to undertake a mix of supporting existing clients and reaching out to new ones
We specialize in helping professional B2B consultants get more clients while freeing up time to spend with their family. Our market is typically aged 40-55 and values meaningful work and time with family as much as they do building a business
They typically have 10-15 years professional work experience in corporate before they go out on their own
They don’t respond well to hard sales and we are looking to someone who will empathetically build relationships online, we have been in business since 2017 and now have an established presence in the market
So we’re looking for someone who wants to be a part of our fast growing sales team & culture.
Responsibilities
10 hours per week minimum
Reach out to/follow up with generated leads
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently (Communicating efficiently and effectively with all parties involved)
Schedule and conduct appointments and close contracts in a timely manner
Transaction coordination duties
Supporting the logistics of Podcast and other PR appearances
Responding to and managing incoming inquiries in the inbox

Nice to have:

Some understanding of lead generation
Online marketing experience
