We have been going since 2017 and are experiencing high growth.  I would really love an awesome exec assistant to help out with the administrative side of the business, specifically:

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Organzing Meetings and communicating with clients / stakeholders, sending reminders
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Checking payment record s
  • Managing my calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  •  Plan/organize/implement events such as meeting, luncheons, and client dinners
  • Track all company resources and deliver corporate communications
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Being open to doing some basic video editing and proof reading
  • Make notes on videos
  • Research projects for my upcoming book
  • Open mindedness to help on random tasks that come up

We are a fast growing company, so if you like loads and loads of structure we may not be the right fit

But if you don’t mind creating some structure we would love that

I anticipate working hours will be around 10 a week, maybe slightly more
