Our virtual based Bookkeeping practice is growing quickly and we need to expand our team! We’re looking for the right person to join the journey. Basic bookkeeping experience is necessary but will train the right candidate in more advanced areas. This position is part-time but could offer growth if interested.
The right candidate will perform a variety of semi-routine accounting & bookkeeping tasks and office duties that may include one or more of the following:
General Journal Entries
Accounting related special projects
Follow written procedures
They will have a basic knowledge of:
QuickBooks Online & Quickbooks Desktop
Windows 10, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs
Dropbox & Sharefile

I am a professional bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience and knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and taxation policies. As a bookkeeper, I am eager to understand the needs of my client to exceed their expectations. I've worked with clients from various industries and am proud to support them with their bookkeeping needs. Originally from San Francisco, CA, I've since moved east to the Greater Boston area. I am currently looking for enthusiastic people to help support my growing business.
