Our fast growing Real Estate Investment company is looking to add full time lead intake coordinators.
This position requires the majority of your time be spent on the phone answering and calling warm leads, a strong customer service approach will be needed.
This position is remote, giving you the opportunity and flexibility to work from a quiet place in your home.
Skills and tasks required:
Proficient in English
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Responds to calls and inquiries in a timely manner
Positive attitude
Must be proficient with computers, email, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google – Docs, and Google Drive.
Must have a good internet connection and computer and cell phone service
Provide a high level of customer service to our clients.
Build rapport with seller prospects to overcome objections and get the deal signed
Manage calls and leads daily through our CRM database. ( Training provided)
Full time required (40hrs/week). Will consider part time for the right candidate.
Compensation:
Candidate will start in a 90 day paid training period. Compensation will increase from $12 a hour to $15 a hour at the end of 90 days. Performance bonuses to be paid out as well.
