Overview
We are seeking a self-starter to conduct due diligence procedures on prospective real estate acquisition opportunities. This work includes, but is not limited to, researching title to the property, access by road and to utilities, ordering soil studies, determining slope, communicating with local city and county authorities, and researching comparably-priced properties. Must prepare results of all work in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
Possibility for conversion to a full-time position.
