We need someone who gets tasks past “done.”

We have a content agency in the legal space. We make things such as videos, ebooks, blog posts, and newsletters for our client. These projects should have clearly defined tasks on a shared calendar. Managing that editorial calendar is the job.

A successful applicant will be someone who gets things done. If you have experience in fields like project management, logistics or supply chain, dispatch, etc., you’ll understand the job. Obviously if you’ve led a content team or otherwise been in marketing, that’s a plus.

We currently have a team of a host, copywriter, social media manager, and community manager. The machine runs on getting guests for interviews, guest writers for ebooks, and internal talent creating promotional materials. You’ll source work to the appropriate people and coordinate their efforts to meet deadlines.

This job is currently part-time with a chance to grow to full-time. We’ll start off with an hourly rate until we get a sense of how many hours it takes to complete the tasks, then we’ll change to a fair monthly flat rate. There are also opportunities for bonuses based on creating revenue-generating opportunities for the company.
