We are looking for a highly organized, persistent, and personable individual to take on a critical role in our growing real estate company! Knowledge of the below topics is not necessary at all – I will train you on the entire process! This is the perfect job for someone who only wants to work a few hours a day. I’m much more interested in the way you think, communicate, and contribute than I am in how many hours you put in. This is the perfect job for someone who wants to spend most of their time with the kids but has enough spare time to work 10-20 hrs a week.


  • Learn and work within real estate CRM
  • Review, understand, and be able to easily discuss properties
  • Effectively organize and schedule marketing campaigns (no copywriting etc. needed)
  • Make contact with qualified leads
  • Arranging and manage property closings
  • Data management
  • Revival of stale leads
  • Qualities of the ideal candidate

Why highly organized? The team needs to be able to count on the right data being in the right place at all times. Keeping track when and where each property listing is posted is vital to bring leads in. Each lead is incredibly precious to us so making sure that we know exactly where they are in our sales funnel is also very important.

Why persistent? Deals are hard to get and sometimes people go dark! We have to stay in touch and keep trying to make deals happen. We don’t want opportunities squandered.

Why personable? We need someone that makes others feel comfortable on the phone. We want to build rapport immediately to make deals go smoothly and make buyers feel comfortable completing a transaction online.


After an initial training period, the work schedule will be very flexible. During the training period, we’ll meet via video conference to go over the tasks and workflow, answer questions, and do everything we can to set you up for success! We’ll also create videos as we go for reference as needed. Please tell me about a time your persistence paid off in your response to this post. As familiarity and competence grows, we’ll add more autonomy and responsibilities. This role will be critical to the growth of the business and there will be TONS of opportunity for increasing earnings and promotion. This will be a 1099 with the opportunity to transition to W2.

The initial training period will have a set weekly pay amount with the opportunity to make commission. If commission exceeds the set weekly amount, we will pay out based on the commission. Hours worked is far less important to me than how you do the work even if that means you work fewer hours for the same amount of pay.
