Overview
We are a small real estate investment company that focuses on rural vacant land (No termites or toilets!). I am looking to hire an operations manager/virtual assistant to take the business to the next level. Though I am based in Nashville, TN this position can be done virtually. The position will entail taking qualified land seller leads through the purchase process and then marketing the properties for sale on the open market.
Qualifications
Must have a friendly and warm personality to talk to sellers on occasion. Some sales experience is a plus. Open to learning and developing the technologies needed for the business to grow like Airtable, Zapier, Slack, etc. Organized and thorough as due diligence when buying new properties is critical to the success of the company. Willingness to challenge processes to streamline the business. An interest in Real Estate.
