INSIDE SALES AGENT

Are you a licensed real estate agent not really doing real estate at full capacity or moved onto other things?

If your Real Estate License is still valid, in any state, this is the perfect role to use your knowledge and still have a lucrative career in real estate!

No weekends!
No driving clients around!

Must be comfortable spending 95% of your workday on the phone!

We receive a high volume of warm leads each month that need to be converted to clients. In this role, you are the first impression of our company. We will count on you to provide everyone you speak with, with white-glove service while gently informing them of their home buying/selling/lease purchase options.

You are then responsible for maintaining the lead flow in our CRM and disbursing those that are ready to move forward in the process, to one of our agents in the field.  This is an ideal position for a non-pushy, yet skilled salesperson who prefers to be on the phone, instead of out in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads
  • Spend 95% of your workday on the phone, helping families make good home buying/ selling decisions
  • Utilize scripts to convert leads into clients
  • Have a pleasant phone voice and build rapport with customers/clients
  • Respond to website, social media and call-in leads
  • Make 100+ outbound phone calls to warm leads daily (manual and dialer)
  • Update and maintain our customer database with accurate customer information, call attempts, and discussions during each conversation
  • Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, and clients, both written and verbally
  • Distribute leads and set appointments for Buyer and Listing Agents
  • Consistently meet performance goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Real Estate License in any state (No exceptions)
  • 2+ years of customer service (phone) or cold calling experience
  • Mortgage experience is a huge plus but not required
  • Very strong written and phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Able to communicate effectively across diverse demographics
  • Able to easily internalize customer service/sales scripts
  • Love to sell and build relationships with customers
  • Be positive and upbeat with a great phone voice
  • Display effective time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable making both outbound and taking inbound phone calls
  • Proficient in English
  • Be economically motivated. Performance bonuses are provided

Compensation / Hours

$25,000 base + monthly bonuses
Typical 1st year income = $60,000+ / 2nd year = $75,000-$85,000
Typical hours for best results:  8 am – 5 pm
1099 position
