About the position:

Currently, they are growing their team and would like to hire a Client Success Coordinator. The Client Success Coordinator will handle the relationships of current and potential clients. The Client Success Coordinator will jump in to handle our in-take process, manage our sales processes, and if needed, be the backup to handle the phones when our in-take person is out. You’ll have a background in managing 7-figure businesses. You will build relationships, implement strategies to increase business revenue potentials and minimize churn rates. Our goal is to have you work directly with clients to help solve problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are active with us. While working closely with the team to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Main Work Responsibilities: Additional day-to-day tasks will be discussed during the second interview with the company’s Hiring Manager.

  • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a representative of our organization
  • Oversee onboarding new clients
  • Collaborate with the Owner to define key performance indicators to define success, measure results, and optimize the productivity of our in-take team
  • Track data from sales and marketing teams
  • Oversee sales and marketing teams
  • Oversee continuing training for marketing and sales teams
  • Assist with intake and marketing activities
  • Oversee events and plan accordingly
  • Manage the firm’s relationships with current clients, former clients, and referral sources
  • Help strategize opportunities to improve the sales and marketing departments to help increase revenue
  • Establish clear client retention goals
  • Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
  • Upsell services with the brand image
  • Promote value through customer experience
  • Review client complaints and concerns and seek to improve the client experience
  • Collaborate with the Owner to improve sales controls and analyze key reports

The Salary, Benefits, and Perks they offer:

  • Hourly Range: $18 – $28
  • Open to W2 or 1099 contract
  • Flexible schedule must be available to work 20 hours per week
  • Remote or hybrid option (If you live in the Texas area)

Qualifications

Educational Background a plus but not required in this role- Educational Degrees: Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications At least 2 years of experience in business development Experience in clients' success and handling all communications Experience working with brand image and promoting value through client experiences Foster positive business relationships Experience working with a diverse group and working accordingly Computer Skills: Google Business Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms Accountability Empathetic Attention to detail Strong organization skills Strong communication skills Can multi-task
