Overview

Hey! We’re looking for a savvy creative director with a strong background in designing world-class brands and e-commerce experiences. You’ll own the overall look and feel of our marketing, media and branding.

Key Duties:

Lead the development and execution of creative content with a focus on content that drives direct-response performance (ex. emails, banner ads, social media and product packaging)

Work closely with the marketing & operations team to further develop and advance our brand and visual identity

Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand development, with the ability to push and expand upon existing designs while keeping current brand integrity

Operate as quality control and brand steward; ensure brand guidelines are implemented across all platforms and assets. Oversee tools for asset and project management.

Act as a dotted line to the owner, to ensure creative excellence and achievement of growth objectives

90 Day Goals:

1. Turn chaos to calm by building an efficient workflow to manage all creative requests
2. Build a dream creative team, either in house or external
3. Review, optimize and enforce our brand bible
4. Lead the charge on our brand overhaul, ensuring a best-in-class look and feel

** While we prefer full-time, we’re open to PT engagements for the right person, assuming you’re available for 20+ hours/weekly

Qualifications

Experience directing other designers/creatives to create world-class brand creatives Strong design chops prior to being a creative director. While the majority of your responsibilities will be creative direction, you should feel confident getting your hands dirty with occasionally executing design ideas or tweaks at a top-tier design standard. Self-starter that is comfortable working remotely, both autonomously and in collaboration with people in different timezones Moderate to advanced understanding of packaging design Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
