Responsibilities
· Automate customer process on membership site
· Design & implement project for new members.
· Detail oriented
· Help assist with CRM tools to create incredible customer experiences
· Knowledge of Word Press
· Comfortable giving feedback to make processes work better
· Working knowledge of Vimeo and Access Ally a plus!
This is a project-based position (hours vary) that is 100% remote. This is a 1099 position and pay depends on your skill level. ($20-$25/ hr.)
