Chief Technology/Information Officer

Seeking comprehensive IT support for a small elite private healthcare consulting firm that requires customized and personalized attention, proactive solution finding, and immediate attention with predictive problem solving.

The ideal support is pro-active, predictive, and able to think ahead of us for what we need, will need, and what second and third order effects are of any changes to our current system.

The ideal provider designs a support solution we need; not the service they want to provide. We come first and will not necessarily fall neatly into an IT provider model.

The ideal provider is BOTH architect and technically proficient. The ideal provider asks us a lot of questions about the people we support, the importance of their work, our priorities, our intent, our no-fail functionality. Our ideal provider thinks and treats our relationship like a partnership in support of us: not a transactional pay-as-you-go incidental price structure. We are a mobile, eight person Macintosh team, with Microsoft architecture backbone. We require 24/7 support that mostly resides within Monday through Friday activities, but occasionally necessitates after hours and weekend crisis intervention and remedy so as to not affect our support to our clients. After hours support should be within 30 minutes; 15 minutes within normal working hours.
