Overview
In search of an all around VA that can do a variety of tasks for us. Data Entry, Editing copy on website–english native speakers (US/UK preferred)–[Former owners were not native speakers, and the copy needs to be cleaned up].
Making calls and inquiries to manufacturers, as needed. Possible customer service when needed. Social media engagement (making comments, following, answering questions on FB, Insta, Linked in, etc…)
We are launching a second design/lighting store in the coming months and a boutique.
This may not have a lot of hours to start, but could grow into a full-time position (with benefits) for the right person– as we grow the second store. Woman owned and operated. Flexible schedule.
Salary will commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
Basic administrative skills and knowledge of the web. Ecommerce experience helpful, social media experience helpful. Customer service (mostly chat)--so typing fast is important. Editing Skills. Familiar with Shopify platform helpful. interior design and/or lighting industry experience helpful but not necessary.
