Overview

Visionary, holistic pediatrics practice and company with multiple initiatives seeds OBM to assist with process development, business platform build out, staffing and operating multiple areas: Holistic Pediatrician offering help to families battling Eczema via the online Eczema Transformation Program, offering coaching for pregnant mamas interested in holistic approaches to creating life via The Healthy Holistic Baby Program – Prenatal Edition, and soon to launch the The Healthy Holistic Baby Program – 0-3month Edition. Robust social media presence, blogger and up and coming YouTube channel. Supplement offerings with the goal to develop and trademark topical products for eczema.

The preferred candidate has hands on and project management experience in many areas including business development, operations, online business and marketing, technology, social media, healthcare and it’s unique needs, legal issues related to healthcare, contracting, and more.

The position with begin with assisting the company to integrate the various platforms Thinkific, Click funnels, Mail Chimp into a more cohesive unit, operational flow and infrastructure of the various program offerings, online platform creation assistance, source staffing for these activities, help with marketing for the programs and new book launch and continuous book sales, all of which you would eventually oversee.

I am a General Pediatrician with Functional Medicine training and I run a successful brick and mortar business.  I am passionate and driven to change the world for children and help them grow up with less medications.  I am intimately involved and work on all parts of the in house and online business. I am lead social media performer / director.  I have too many ideas, too many projects going, and too many platforms to manage. I need help with organization, staying on task, meeting deadlines, staying in my zone of genius, and not doing everything myself.

I need a seasoned, mature, capable OBM with a take charge attitude to assist me in building this amazing business to last so we can impact a million children’s lives in the next 3 years. Must be versatile, flexible, independent, willing, creative, diligent, reliable, honest, forward thinking, resourceful, and a go getter.

Initial hourly or “package” compensation will morph to add profit sharing bonus initiative once infrastructure is build out, fully operational, and profitable as describe above.  I use a bonus structure that is based on monthly quotas.
