We are a massage therapy clinic in Westerville, Ohio. The administrative position we’re hiring for will be responsible for making, modifying, and cancelling appointments, checking customers in and out, collecting payments, selling gift certificates, maintaining our customer database, answering the phone, and using various online programs to accomplish those tasks.
The pandemic drove our admin staff to working from home. This is the first hire we’ve had to do since the pandemic started . . . so we’re swimming in uncharted waters ourselves.
We are looking to hire two individuals to fill this single posting. The hours are:
Thursday: 9AM until 8PM
Friday: 9AM until 3PM
Saturday: 9AM until 3PM
Sunday: 11AM until 4PM
The employees will swap out the shifts each week. Employee 1 will work Shift 1 and Employee 2 will work Shift 2 THIS week and then work the OTHER shift the following week. This ensures not every weekend is taken up by work. The best candidates will be flexible in covering BOTH shifts in case of sickness, vacation, etc.
We pay weekly.
QualificationsComputer skills are absolutely vital. You must have working knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and browser usage. Our appointments, payment processing is conducted 100% through the Internet. Basically, you can't be afraid to try something new on the computer. Customer service is always challenging. Coupled with the fact that many of our clients are suffering from pain, sometimes it makes dealing with them a little more difficult. The ability to empathize and not take complaints personally is essential.
