Overview

Looking for someone who can run the customer retention and referral department of our real estate investment mastermind group.  We have approximately 250 high level clients that need to feel loved.  Our programs are one year long and as the new owner of the company, I am implementing a customer retention and referral program with our current and future members.

Step one = database development and budget to roll this out to our members.  Gather birthdays, anniversaries, etc.. and build a database of all of this.  Systemize the delivery of care packages so they can be automated moving forward saving us time.

Step two = develop the final plan we will use to retain customers longer, have them refer other clients, and wear our logo and brand like billboards.

Step three = repeat and refine this process. Constantly innovating on what we are doing as this industry changes quickly so we will need to as well.

On top of this, the person hired for this job will be responsible for introducing the clients to the group inside of the FB group, be the first point of contact for them as they are onboarded, get to know our program and systems so they can help with customer service questions and direct them to the right resources, etc…

We are a very tight team of 5 who work for our clients and help them achieve financial independence through Real Estate Investing.  We help them grow their businesses using a mastermind concept and sharing what's working from around the country.  Our clients pay high dollar amounts to attend our events and network together with each other and our high level staff.

We are all virtual, the owner lives in Spring Hill, TN (just outside of Nashville, TN).  He just bought the company recently so there are some immediate needs inside the company to execute on his vision, this position being one of them.  We are looking for someone high level to join the team with the opportunity to start here and quickly move up inside of the company if desired.
