Overview

Seeking a part-time administrative assistant (15-20 hours per week) for data entry, office management, client outreach, etc. This role will require about half of the weekly hours to be done in our office in St. Louis, MO.

  • Create Trello cards & CoreBridge customers from every web contact email.
  • Respond to web contact emails with standard initial response email.
  • Add all contact information into RingCentral phone system.
  • Monitor “Awaiting Customer Reply” column in Trello and send regular touchpoint emails.
  • Send follow-up email with Review Request to clients after project completion.
  • Follow up with clients regarding Accounts Receivable at regularly specified intervals.
  • Other data entry and client touchpoint tasks, as necessary.
