Honest Immigration is seeking a part-time Legal Assistant to prepare formal documents, such as personal declarations. We have a business with purpose, and we are looking for passionate, innovative people to join our team!
We are looking for a Bi-lingual Legal Assistant that will be responsible for the following:
I am looking for someone who is patient and compassionate that can write my client’s testimonies. This means have those hard conversations on the phone with them and asking difficult questions. Then you will take these notes, along with a template provided and put them into an essay format. Each of these takes 2-3 hours to complete. You MUST complete a minimum of 5 a week.
ABOUT YOU
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English.
Comfortable interviewing individuals about difficult topics.
Self- motivated, with the initiative to prioritize and be self-directed.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Project Based position. / 1099/ 15 hr a week min/ $66 a project
