Overview
Honest Immigration is looking for a Bilingual Custer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate can write, speak, and read Spanish fluently, has a strong background in a Customer Service call center, and is comfortable working independently and takes initiative.
Responsibilities
-Receives calls/ texts from potential clients (approx. 4,500/ month)
-Conveys accurate information to clients about different case types with confidence an assurance.
-Sets the tone and pace of all calls, while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience while speaking with potential clients.
-Demonstrate the ability to converse fluently, in Spanish with varying client personalities to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims.
Full Time Position/ 1099/ $18/hr. plus Unlimited Bonus Potential!
