We are looking for a REMOTE Customer Care Associate to service our self-storage facility in Lanett, Alabama.
Must be someone with a positive, teachable attitude who can bring their customer service talents to self-storage. Must be a self-starter, problem-solver and team player!
This is a work-from-home position that can be based anywhere in the United States.
- As Customer Care Associate you will assist in managing the day-to-day telephone operations of the self-storage facility by; Leasing storage units, pursuing past due accounts, accepting payments and monitoring and resolving maintenance requests and communicating with on-site vendors/contractors.
- Customer Care Associates are our customers’ self-storage solution experts that enhance their storage experience by helping customers to identify the best storage unit type for their needs.
- Customer Care Associates play a critical role in expanding and generating sales leads. We encourage recommending and implementing online marketing strategies based on competitor information and seasonal trends.
- When not taking care of customers, our Customer Care Associates spend some of their time auditing reports, conducting online market research, and other administrative tasks.
