We are a small, family-owned real estate company based in the Southeastern United States looking to expand our self-storage team.

We are looking for a REMOTE Store Manager to service our self-storage facility in Lanett, Alabama.

Must be someone with a positive, teachable attitude who can bring their customer service talents to self-storage. Must be a self-starter, problem-solver and team player!

This is a work-from-home position that can be based anywhere in the United States.


– As REMOTE Store Manager you will assist in managing the day-to-day telephone operations of the self-storage facility by; Leasing storage units, pursuing past due accounts, accepting payments and monitoring and resolving maintenance requests and communicating with on-site vendors/contractors.

– REMOTE Store Managers are our customers’ self-storage solution experts that enhance their storage experience by helping customers to identify the best storage unit type for their needs.

– REMOTE Store Managers play a critical role in expanding and generating sales leads. We encourage recommending and implementing online marketing strategies based on competitor information and seasonal trends.

– When not taking care of customers, our REMOTE Store Managers spend some of their time auditing reports, conducting online market research, and other administrative tasks.


- Exceptional customer service skills a must - Must be able to work daily with Outlook email, Microsoft Office, Google Drive and property management software for collecting payments and managing daily tasks - Must have reliable, secure internet connection - Previous experience in sales or marketing with a proven ability to generate business and close leads is a plus - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Must be energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes - A High School diploma /GED equivalent - Completion of pre-employment background screening
